We are thrilled to announce that Curbstone has been acquired by Volaris Group, a subsidiary of Constellation Software, Inc., based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Curbstone, our products, and services will continue, as you know them.

With access to capital, talent and the operational expertise of Volaris we will gain growth potential while maintaining our autonomy, culture, and personal approach to our valued client partnerships. We will continue to be the responsive, trusted, company you have relied on, and you will continue to work with the same great people, even Ira, and more!

Since Curbstone was founded by Ira Chandler in 2002, the technology and processes used in credit card processing has changed so much. Since the deployment of the C3 Portal in 2016, Curbstone has deployed many state-of-the art technologies; True “Remote Tokenization” with full support for Cards-On-File, Payment Landing Pages for e-commerce, EMV retail terminal support, Isolated Payment Terminals for phone orders, Corporate Purchasing Card support for Levels II and III, IVR support for Pay729 and Eckoh, and most recently, ACH check funds transfer for payments. Our Portal is on track to process over $4.5 Billion in the next year for over 3000 Merchant Codes.

Our focus on payments is continuing. The synergy of strengths and proficiencies between Curbstone and Volaris will increase the opportunities to introduce even more innovative payment technologies in the future.

As a large software technology company with broad vertical market reach, Volaris is committed to building world-class solutions and will create new opportunities to strengthen Curbstone offerings in the coming years. Volaris’ philosophy is to BUY AND HOLD, so all of their acquisitions have found their permanent home.

Curbstone will be working hand-in-hand with InTempo Software, a Volaris company also based on the IBM i platform, and its General Manager, Matt Hopp, to combine our resources to build the Curbstone technologies.

For more information, the news release announcing the acquisition is posted on our website.

We look forward to continuing to work with you. Please contact me with questions.

Best Regards,

Ira Chandler and Matt Hopp
